My responsibilities include but not limited to supervision of all subordinate staff and matters pertaining to BUSY ERP Software. Authorization of financial transactions. Monthly closing of accounts. Reporting of monthly profitability to the Owner and relevant authorities.

My current role as Chief Accountant with Maxim Group of Companies involves juggling multiple tasks such
as finalization of monthly accounts of Maxim Advertising Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., internal audit of different entities in
Group of Companies specifically Maxim Advertising Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., monitoring of accounts receivable and
payables of Maxim Advertising Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., approval of the receipt and payment vouchers, supervision of
subordinate staff of accounts and billing depts.

Leading a group of more than 35 employees in coordination with CFO, Manager Taxation and Senior Manager Finance. Looking after the operations side with audit perspective via cloud based ERP system. Implemented ERP system on 2nd branch i.e. Honda Defence and trained staff about its operations.

ʘ Assisting CFO and Manager accounts in complete accounting and reporting of the whole business and supervision of subordinate staff ʘ actively involved in implementation of new accounting software BUSY ʘ involved in e-filing of monthly sales tax & withholding income tax returns and responses to notices of tax dept. in co-ordination with tax consultant ʘ complete accounting and reporting of sister manufacturing and trading concern.

Job Responsibilities- ʘ Initially assigned the complete accounting and reporting of newly inaugurated denim manufacturing unit implemented Quickbooks Accounting Software there ʘ later assigned the core responsibility of payable/ payment side of the entire entity including all units ʘ payments to suppliers were made after preparation of monthly payable report and reconciliations whereas payment to employees were made after preparation of monthly payroll ʘ all tasks were performed with the coordination of subordinate staff.

ʘ Initially inducted as a registered trainee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan for 4 years’ articleship on graduation basis ʘ during the tenure promoted to asst. manager level- Job Responsibilities- performed, personally and in supervisory capacity, several audit, accountancy and fixed assets management assignments according to the applicable laws and standards ʘ performed complete trainee recruitment and training process from posting vacancy advertisement to issuing experience certificate, hence trained several trainees during my tenure ʘ responsibilities also include most of the time direct reporting to the partner (head of firm), coordination with taxation and corporate depts., dealing and communication with new and old clients and checking and proof reading of final deliverables before delivering to clients.

It was the start of my professional career where I was inducted as a trainee afterwards become senior auditor and performed audit assignments in direct coordination with the Partner.
